So many things I wish he'd say

April 4th, 2008 (09:11 am)
peaceful

weather: peaceful
song: That song I can't recall...

I forget what song that's from.  Strange. But anyway, it's more things-I-wish-I'd-done than anything. Mainly, take my medicine, written, and worked.

Bah.

I have a lot I want to say, ramblings about Bionicle and OP and my geekness and my hopes and fears that have built up more and more lately.

But...

Well.

All that can wait for another time and place.  There are more important things than how I'm feeling right now. (It feels sometimes like I do that a lot--shove aside my own feelings for something or someone else.)

I have more friends at school than I thought. *Faint smile* Elena and I hung out a bit. Was fun.

I won't miss this place or these people much... but I'll miss them all a little, I think.  A very little.

For the moment, I'll stick to this: Interactive Fiction, ZOMIGODCANONCOAT, TOA OF TWILIGHT WITH LIGHT AND DARK, and I might get my junk in today. Whoot.

Oh, and as a note: Sonora's term has started, and applications are still open for another week and a half if you're interested! Comment if you want the URL. Sonora being the Wizard-School-in-Arizona game. I meant to have friendly-silent-Scottish-baby and bitchy-Scottish-boy-running-for-Malfoy's-hateability.  Except the former will apparently end up being the guy who knows ALL the gossip (though he never spreads it, as he doesn't talk) latter was sorted into the smart house and was sitting with a boy who turned out to be Irish, and was friendly. Before he shut up and went back to huddling. *Sighs* Damn you, characters, for undermining my intentions. *Grins* Have I mentioned I'm having fun?

Soi Fon and Yoruichi humbly apologize.

ohcrap I forgot about Sonora completely. ._. Oh craaaaap.

I. I will TRY to get myself online tonight (I'm almost three weeks absent at all my other games too ;_;), after dinner, though I can't stay up too late tonight as I have stuff to do tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow night. I want to play there and I want to play with you >I've just been shorting out so hard on the DOING of anything not schoolwork recently.

Beauty comes in all colors

*Luffs on* Hee. Didja get the email from the Headmaster about where your boyo is? Which house? ...Oh, wait, you made Camus, right? Damn! Our boys aren't in any of the same houses. ARGH. That's sad.

*Hughughug* That'd be fantasmatic. Really it would. If we wanted to play, we'd have to have the boys meeting somewhere not-the-first-feast. Does Camus like Quidditch? Tyrone'd probably grab his broom (which he has not yet discovered is in his trunk) and go for a flight whether or not he's allowed, just 'cause... he likes flying. */ramblingness* Hey, you're doing better than me. I've been shorting out so hard on the doing of anything, schoolwork or otherwise.

Javert is a cute kind of delusional.

Camus is not a Quidditch fan, alas. He's lazy, and his world revolves around fortunetelling. :P But maybe he could meet one of them in class at some point soonish? (Plus, if I get my mojo back before the applications close, I'll admit I DO have a half-finished second app, though I have no idea where she'd be sorted.) See, my parents are honestly paying more than they can really afford for my college, and so I CANNOT fuck up and waste their money like that. D: But everything else? I just don't have that kind of motivation, and can't bring myself to do anything. ;_;

Mordor

Awww. Hmm. ...Is he a Library fan? Tyrone will go hunting down the Library, like, the instant he gets breathing space (as he's a booookwoooorm). *Yes, looking for people to make the unsociable brat talk to. And yes, brat is the word.* (Ooo, yay! Knowing our luck, she'd get into Pecari. *Grin*) Now I feel guilty again. I blame the hormones. *Hugs, hugs, hugs* Hang in there, 'kay? Summer's soon. Breathing space. Or... something or other.

...BTW, I want to tell Javert to watch The Daily Show after seeing that icon. *Giggles*

Jenna explains it all.

Library he might do, actually! The library's bound to have interesting books on fortunetelling, and maybe his family might be mentioned in some of the histories. :O

Ooo, yay! Knowing our luck, she'd get into Pecari.
She might, at that! Both bios, as with bios for the last Hogwarts game I was in, I focused really hard on just writing them as CHARACTERS and letting them be sorted as the game owner willed. (There is one half-written bio for a Hogwarts game I have--I lost my bio-writing mojo even before the rest of my RP energy, it suuucks--where I'm aiming hard for Slytherin, but that's because the POINT of Eleanor Mordux is that she's a Slytherin, with all the stereotypical traits of that house--who wants to be an Auror.) But I can see her in Pecari, reading the descriptions. I can't imagine her in either Teppenpaw or Crotalus, at least. (Planning and rules? Diplomacy and this "personal development" thing? Not for Julia Lacken!)

*hugs back* You take care of yourself too. >:

Book fetish

Ooooh, yay, geek boys in the Library! Tyrone might be derisive of fortune-telling, as he puts very little stock in it, but he will at least be happy to have someone to hang with in there (though he will never, ever admit it...)

I focused really hard on just writing them as CHARACTERS and letting them be sorted as the game owner willed.
See, that's what it SHOULD be with any HP game with houses to be sorted into. You take a personality and are judged on it, and unless which House the character's in is absolutely crucial to the plot--like with your Slytherin Auror, and btw I LOVE THAT IDEA SO MUCH YOU ARE AMAZING--people who try SO HARD for one House kind of annoy me. Partly 'cause the poor Hufflepuffs get so neglected... The other exception to the rule is if someone's got a family history of a House and you want them in that House like the rest of their family, because otherwise it would be WAY too traumatic. E.G., if Kaden and Tyrone had gone to Hogwarts: Astins are, as a rule, Gryffindors. But Kaden's far more Hufflepuff material than Gryffindor, just off the top (he IS a Teppenpaw, after all), and Tyrone's brilliance might have landed him in Ravenclaw. In that case, I would have put far more stress on their fearlessness, to keep the family in Gryffindor, especially with Tyrone who would have, like, killed himself. (Chris is a stereotypical Gryffindor and Tyrone wants to be his dad's clone, and... yeah.) BTW, I love Julia already. Unless she's brilliant, I'm seeing Pecari, too. *Grins*

Here's to attempting to retain sanity for another couple of months, yeah? ...I haven't told you what college I'm going to yet, have I?
